Jason Spotts focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and has experience with a variety of intellectual property related matters and litigations.

Jason represents clients across a range of industries, including media streaming, video surveillance and security, and telecommunications. He advises on all aspects of patent litigation and has experience in International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation, federal district court litigations and post-grant proceedings, including petitions for inter partes review at the U.S. Patent Office.
