Noah Texter

• Represented an Afghan refugee and their family in seeking asylum in the United States during the evacuation of the U.S. military in 2021.
• Advised and counseled multiple families in their guardianship petitions through USC’s Child Law and Guardianship Clinic.
• Handled production for five architectural firms that were subpoenaed by the Department of Justice and negotiated with the assistant U.S. attorney.

Noah Texter is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Noah served as a law clerk, assisting with significant issues and case law, including the Apex Deposition Doctrine, broker liability in procurement of business interruption insurance in the wake of COVID-19, and choice of law motions in multi-state class actions.

Noah received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he was the programs chair for the USC Gould Business Law Society. He earned his B.A. in history from the University of California Berkeley playing and serving as captain for UC Berkeley’s Division I soccer team.
