Nathan Tyre advises financial services firms on a range of transactional matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions in the wealth management and banking industries. He also represents banks and bank holding companies in a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including general corporate governance.

After college, Nathan served in the U.S. Air Force as a missileer, leading Minuteman III intercontinental nuclear missile operations.
