Sierra Weingartner possesses extensive experience in handling patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation matters through her time as a law clerk and in private practice. Previously, Sierra served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Kathryn C. Davis of the Court of Federal Claims.
Sierra received her J.D., cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, she served as editor in chief of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law, competed for the Wake Forest Moot Court team, and was president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She received her B.A. in biological sciences from Wellesley College and completed her undergraduate research requirement in bioengineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
