Alston & Bird built our client a solution to help them analyze and manage their portfolio of labor matters, with the goal of preventing budget overages. What’s more: we designed a proactive component to help them drive down their legal spend by identifying the most problematic regions and warehouses. We then worked proactively with them to modify procedures and conditions in those locations, reducing their risk profile.
Our client realized monetary value immediately. The report submission feature alone saved $60,000/year in manual labor. What began as a matter-tracking tool evolved into a data analytics and visualization platform, complete with easy-to-scan dashboards. With structured data on demand, Alston & Bird and the client could prioritize and address hotspots with greater ease. We also provided additional HR support by developing programs to help better train our client’s team.
