• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in an unsecured $200 million NAV-based credit facility with a New York–based commercial bank as agent.
• Represented a private investment fund, including its Caymanian parallel and feeder funds, in a $150 million subscription-secured credit facility with a national commercial bank serving as agent.
• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in a $95 million subscription-secured credit facility with a national commercial bank serving as administrative agent, sole bookrunner, and sole lead arranger.
• Represented a U.S.-based direct lending fund serving as agent and arranger in a $30 million secured NAV-based credit facility to an investment fund with minority holdings across Europe and the United States.
• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in a $20 million subscription-secured credit facility with a New York–based commercial bank as lender.
• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in a $75 million subscription-secured credit facility with a national commercial bank as lender and serving as administrative agent.
• Represented a private investment fund, including its Caymanian blockers, as borrower in a $100 million subscription-secured credit facility with a national commercial bank as lender.
• Represented a London-based private equity real estate manager as borrower in a $120 million capital call facility with a national commercial bank as lender.
• Represented an international banking and wealth management group as lender in various subscription-secured credit facilities and NAV-based credit facilities.
• Represented a London-based fund managed by a European real estate private equity firm as borrower in a €30 million capital call facility provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in a $58 million subscription-secured credit facility with a club of Texas-based commercial banks as lenders.
• Represented a real estate investment fund as borrower in a $150 million hybrid-subscription-secured credit facility with a Texas-based commercial bank serving as agent.
• Represented a private debt fund serving as agent in a $10 million secured NAV-based credit facility to an intellectual property investment fund as borrower.
• Represented a private debt fund serving as agent in a $15 million secured NAV-based credit facility to an investment fund focused on health care and medical device innovation as borrower.
