Jamie George is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Jamie focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, representing clients in a broad array of industries, including the technology, telecommunications, automotive, and food & beverage fields.
Jamie has litigated in federal and state courts throughout the country. He regularly defends clients in putative class actions and has extensive MDL experience. He has also represented clients in ICC, AAA ICDR, ICSID, and ad hoc international arbitrations seated in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Jamie has experience in disputes involving intellectual property, F/RAND obligations, complex valuation, RICO, and consumer-protection statutes. He is admitted to appear before all Georgia trial and appellate courts.
Jamie received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and served as a teaching assistant for Sports and the Law. Jamie earned his B.S., with distinction, in commerce (finance concentration) from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with a second major in economics.
