Vishal Agnihotri

Vishal Agnihotri is the Senior Director of Knowledge and Innovation at Alston & Bird where she catalyzes the firm’s pursuit of enabling technologies to help the lawyers gain advantage through efficiencies and deliver high quality service, while maximizing the return on technology investments. Vishal has held several operational, consulting and leadership roles for more than two decades in Knowledge Management at professional service firms, spanning all its aspects from business research, competitive intelligence, technology adoption (implementation, training and communications) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO). As an award-winning practitioner, consultant and senior executive, she has held leadership roles at two Big 4 firms and two Am Law firms and as a consultant helped Fortune 500 clients unlock the value of knowledge management. Vishal has lived and worked in four countries across three continents and speaks five languages, bringing a unique multi-cultural perspective to her work.
