Kelsey Kingsbery represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in trial and appellate proceedings, with a special focus on health care and insurance. She has substantial experience representing clients in health care disputes involving reimbursement policies, coverage determinations, provider contracting, and ERISA violations. She also regularly defends insurance companies in complex litigation and arbitration throughout the country.

She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an article editor for the Boston University Law Review. Before law school, Kelsey taught high school Spanish in South Los Angeles through Teach For America.

Kelsey has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America^® in the area of Commercial Litigation. In 2025, Kelsey received the Daily Report’s “On the Rise” award, which honors the Southeast’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40.
