We implemented a new docketing system that incorporates automatic docketing, workflows, and integrations with other firm applications to help us better understand our productivity and staffing on IP matters. In an industry where time is money, we’ve been able to pass along great savings to our clients by no longer having to manually track matters and workloads. We’ve also been able to provide our clients with complex, programmed reports and to configure the system to follow our clients’ specific workflows, providing even more value.
