Eileen Scofield spoke on a panel titled "Employer Compliance - A Weird World" during the Southeast Human Resources Conference. The theme was “Constructing Your Strategic HR Toolbox,” and the focus was on providing human resource professionals with the tools necessary to be a strategic business partner. In order to be successful in today’s marketplace, it has become imperative that human resource professionals bring strong business skills and a strategic approach to the decision-making table. The conference equipped participants with the tools necessary to ensure that HR impacts the bottom line of their organization. With two fantastic keynote speakers and over sixty concurrent sessions as well as a Resource Partner showcase and a new breakfast networking event, these two days were fillled with incredible opportunities for expanding human resources and business knowledge, as well as the professional networks of all who attended.
