John Spangler and Jeff Belkin spoke on several issues during this Lorman Seminar titled "AIA Contracts". Any design and construction process can be a challenge, and it can be more challenging without a good understanding of standard industry contracts and their requirements. As an industry standard set of coordinated forms, the documents provided by the American Institute of Architects are the most widely utilized set of standard form documents in the construction industry today.
