Alan Behr spoke on the panel "Legal and Business Issues in the Convergence of Marketing and Entertainment in New Media" at this event hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  As part of this panel addressing copyright law, Alan presented the views of content-owners, publishers and other proprietors' with regard to the preservation of their legitimate rights as owners and their rights to fair compensation for their property.  Alan offered insights as to how technology alters moral perception and how law often follows, e.g., if the public no longer deems an act to be a moral offense, then it becomes passively allowed.  Others participating on the panel were from Wharton Interactive Media Initiative, Winston & Strom and Marvel Comics.
