Angela Payne James presented "Property Rights: Web 2.0." on April 30, 4:00pm, during this conference hosted by the American Bar Association. During the panel presentation, she addressed the legal rules regarding YouTube, MySpace, social networking, user-generated content and virtual worlds. The 2009 ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference was an opportunity to see, hear and meet the judges and advocates who are handling the most important litigation issues in the news and in courthouses around the country. Attendees were able to mix and match programs from more than 20 program tracks to learn the latest trends in areas that affect law today.
