Paul Ferrara served as a guest lecturer for the Columbia Business School Executive MBA program during its Business Law Week. He conducted a class on "Estate and Business Succession Planning." Among the topics covered were the various estate planning and corporate documents necessary for an orderly transition after the death or retirement of an owner or key employee, the importance of having a Will, the uses of trusts, and tax planning for domestic and foreign individuals.
