Chris Marquardt was the featured speaker during this webinar program sponsored by the Florida Bar Out of State Division. Many practitioners understand that the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) establishes rules for operating unionized work environments without fully appreciating the impact of the NLRA on the non-union workplace. In recent years, the National Labor Relations Board has been actively enforcing NLRA rights of workers who are not unionized. This seminar aimed to analyze recent NLRB enforcement activities relating to things such as employers’ social media policies, workplace access rules and confidentiality policies.
