Alston & Bird hosted this seminar in our Silicon Valley office. Attorneys Bruce Rose, Ryan Koppleman, Christopher Douglas and Ben Pleune served as panelists. During this seminar, participants learned key strategies that work for both petitioners and patent owners at the Patent Trial and Appeals Board. In addition, the panel discussed pitfalls to avoid. The audience heard from attorneys who have prevailed on both sides. The audience also had the opportunity to ask questions of the panel and network with others in the Valley who are focused on growing this area of IP strategy.
