Alston & Bird’s Health & Welfare Benefits Practice hosted this program on April 7, 2016. During our April meeting, we covered how to prepare and respond to HIPAA Phase II audits, provide an update on GINA and ADA wellness regulations, and what to do now that the clock has run on ACA reporting.
