Marc J. Scheineson was a key speaker during the session “FDA’s Regulation of Tobacco Products” at this seminar hosted by The Food And Drug Law Institute (FDLI).
This session will cover the history of tobacco and vapor product regulation and define key terms and concepts. This will include an introduction of the Tobacco Control Act, the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products and the just-released “Deeming Regulations.”
