Alston & Bird’s Health & Welfare Benefits Practice hosted this program on October 6.Topics discussed included a summer regulatory update (wellness guidance, ACA 1557 nondiscrimination rules) and a focus on agency audit activity, including a discussion of current agency hot issues.
John Hickman, Ashley Gillihan and Dan Taylor were featured speakers during the program.
