Hospitals and health systems are operating in uncertain times, and it is challenging to predict impending changes. Meanwhile, health care enforcement, whistleblower cases, audits, and investigations are at record levels. Health care organizations need to focus their efforts on prevention, identification, and mitigation of legal and compliance risks. In this series of 90-minute webinars presented by Alston & Bird, our attorneys will discuss:

• The most recent enforcement developments and trends
• What we see on the horizon for health care organizations
• Practical steps that prudent organizations can take now
