Hospitals and health systems are facing prodigious surveillance at both the state and federal levels. Many aspects of health care organizations’ operations are susceptible to government claim audits. They constantly need to focus their efforts on risk identification, audit preparation, and mitigation of legal and compliance issues. In this series of 90-minute webinars presented by Alston & Bird, our attorneys will discuss:
• Challenging payers’ exorbitant extrapolations
• Designing solid statistical modeling for internal claims reviews
• Avoiding potential pitfalls and missteps
