Duncan Douglass will be speaking on the panel "Person-to-Person and Real-Time Payment Systems: How They Work and What Bank Lawyers Need to Understand" at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Annual Meeting.
Duncan serves as vice-chair of the ABA's Consumer Financial Services Deposit Products and Payments Systems Subcommittee.
The 2018 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting will include more than 80 CLE programs covering all areas of business law. More than 1,600 business law professionals are expected to attend.
