Jason Goode is moderating the session “The Effective Use of Perpetual Life REIT Offerings” at IPAVision 2018, hosted by the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives. The panel will address effective vehicles for adding real estate to a client’s portfolio. Panelists will explore the advantages of Periodic NAV structures and how to evaluate the real estate holdings of a NAV REIT. The expansion of real estate strategies has created the need for more targeted, asset-level evaluation of the investment thesis. This session will look exclusively at NAV REITs and how to effectively evaluate the strategy inside the wrapper.
