Steve Penaro presented “Considering and Initiating Federal Court Litigation” at the New York City Bar’s program, Federal Court Practice 101: An Introduction to the Nuts & Bolts of Federal Civil Practice. The panelists shared their advice on how to succeed at each stage of federal court litigation, from the initial conference to the close of discovery. They walked attendees through federal civil procedures, discussed strategies, and shared their own experiences in court.
