Jeffrey Dintzer will be speaking on the panel “PFAS Litigation and Regulation: What You Need to Know” at Impact 2019: Household & Commercial Product Association’s Mid-Year Meeting.
The presence of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the environment has been identified by local, state, and federal authorities as a pressing issue of environmental protection and public health. This session will provide background information on this class of chemicals, frame the issues they present to both the public and product manufacturers, and review recent litigation and regulatory action surrounding PFAS.
