Blake MacKay will speak at this conference hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section.
Blake chaired and will speak during the session “Employee Benefits Exempt Organization and Governmental Plans Update.” The panel will discuss current issues impacting governmental, tax-exempt organization, and church plans, including an update on recent governmental plan litigation, university 403(b) litigation, continuing issues relating to the new Section 4960 excise tax on executive compensation, and a review of other current topics.
