Second Annual Conference of China Forum of Financial & Investment Disputes

Alex Yanos will speak on the panel “Session Two: Experience Sharing of International Arbitration Facing Enterprises from Mainland China” at the Second Annual Conference of China Forum of Financial & Investment Disputes, organized by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The panel will discuss new features and trends of cross-border arbitration, risk control and dispute resolution of mainland China enterprises’ overseas investment, the current situation and reform of commercial arbitration, and a re-valuation of the civil- and common-law divide in international arbitration – taking the best from both systems.
