In this program, our panel will discuss both federal and state price-gouging laws, provide guidance on how businesses can respond if they are victims, and advise on reducing the risk of being accused of price gouging if circumstances force them to increase prices. We’ll cover how price gouging is addressed by the states and when raising prices is allowed. We’ll also highlight potential enforcement risks to businesses as they navigate the federal and varied state regulations.
