Scott Stevens, co-lead of Alston & Bird’s U.S. International Trade Commission Section 337 practice, will share advice and reflections regarding the firm’s involvement in the recently concluded inaugural, fully remote ITC investigation as a panelist for the “Virtual Litigation at the ITC with a Perspective from a U.S. District Court Judge.” Fellow panelists include the Hon.
