Please join us as we review the dockets of the 10 districts with the most patent cases and analyze how COVID-19 and judicial vacancies have significantly impacted the docket speeds of certain jurisdictions. We will also evaluate how to use this information in determining the appropriate venues when considering litigation. Finally, we will discuss which COVID-19 era practices (i.e. virtual hearings and depositions) will remain as well as the best practices learned in the past year.
