Carlos Encinas will speak on “Infrastructure and P3s in Georgia” during the Georgia Finance Officers Association’s 36th Annual Conference.
Carlos will provide an overview of the delivery model for infrastructure projects known as public-private partnerships or P3. He will also discuss P3’s pros and cons compared to the traditional design-bid-build method, as well as project selection, procurement, and financing considerations.
