This 90-minute presentation covers practical skill development for communicating more effectively. The program teaches what is not taught in law school including the ability to understand how people perceive and process information, why we give meaning to experiences as we do, how to change the way others view information, and how to see things from other people's perspective. Developing these skills leads to better interviews, negotiations, and even more effective public presentations, resulting in increased rapport with clients and colleagues.
