Civil Rights Litigation Law

Kyle Hair will speak on the “Trial Talk: Discussion of NAACP v. City of Myrtle Beach: Equal Protection for Black Bike Week,” panel at the South Carolina Bar's Civil Rights Litigation Law seminar. Panelists will provide authoritative and practical guidance on a number of issues critical to successful civil rights, and specifically Section 1983, practice in the United States District Courts.
