David Baum will speak on the April 18 panel “Talking Scope and Requirements for Tailored Shareholder Reports (TSR)” at the 2023 Ultimus Client Summit. This panel will discuss the key highlights of a new rule that requires mutual funds and exchange-traded funds that are registered on Form N-1A to send annual and semi-annual, tailored summary shareholder reports to all shareholders. The rule has presented challenges to the industry since the SEC adopted it on October 26, 2022.
