David Carpenter and Kelsey Kingsbery will speak on the May 20 panel “From AI to TCPA and Various Acronyms In Between: Class Action Threats Facing BlueCross BlueShield.” They will provide an update on the latest trends in class action litigation facing and other health insurance providers across the United States in 2024. In addition to discussions of litigation outcomes and strategies, they will discuss business practice considerations aiming to head off these threats on the front end.
