Zach Gladney will join the panel on “Sales and Use Tax of Software and Digital Products” during this seminar as a part of NYU’s 2024 Tax Conferences in July.
This panel will address issues and problems that arise from the extension of the traditional sales and use tax regime, designed for taxation of tangible property, to the taxation of software and digital products and the provision of services by means of software.
