Order in the Algorithm: AI, Ethics, and the Future of the Courtroom

Yuri Mikulka will speak on this panel as part of the American Bar Association’s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program’s Summer Speaker Series. This program will examine the growing role of artificial intelligence in litigation and courtroom practice, including AI-assisted legal research and drafting, AI hallucinations and sanctions, judicial controls and disclosure requirements, ethical billing and training considerations, privilege and confidentiality issues, and the potential use of AI by courts.
