Laurin McDonald will speak on the panel, “Income Tax Case Law: Lessons from the Courts” on September 24 from 1:40 p.m. - 2:35 p.m. Attendees will learn how to evaluate risk, adjust tax positions proactively, and anticipate the next wave of corporate income tax litigation that will change longstanding interpretations.
