Sam Kaywood Appointed to Editorial Board of CCH

Sam Kaywood has been appointed to the editorial board of CCH's periodical entitled, "Taxation of Global Transactions." He has published one article along with Matt Sperry entitled, "Foreign Investment into the United States," published on January 1, 2002.
