Rick Joyce Bets on Broadband Legislation in America's Network Magazine

Rick Joyce gives his opinion in the June 1, 2002 America's Network magazine article, "What telecom legislation will we see from Congress this year?" Rick comments that he believes there will be broadband legislation. He believes a bill, supported by Senator Fritz Hollings, promoting affordable broadband access for low income and rural folks will be "one in which Congress may be hard pressed to vote against."
