Marc Scheineson wrote the article "Fight, Don't Settle, Class-Action Lawsuits," which appears in the December 2004 issue. In the article, Mr. Scheineson writes "Many companies settle cases rather than assert their right of free speech. And that only serves to perpetuate more lawsuits."
