Mike Stevens Discusses Backdating in Atlanta Business Chronicle

In an article titled “Backdating causing more corporate headaches,” in the May 18 Atlanta Business Chronicle, Mike Stevens discusses the recent compensation controversy. He pointed out that “The biggest impact is the shock to investor confidence. There is a whole lot of focus right now on excesses and what are the right levels of compensation. To have this sort of scandal on top of it makes it much more difficult for investors to be comfortable with the level of compensation for the executive."
