Bob Lee Quoted in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Trademark Dispute Over Development Names

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution quoted Bob Lee in an article on November 18 titled “Levitt's woes hit rival's identity.” The article discusses a trademark dispute between Bethany Land Co. and Levitt & Sons, which has been complicated by Levitt & Sons’ recent bankruptcy, over "Seasons"-named developments.  Bob, who represents Bethany Land Co., commented that “Levitt & Sons' bankruptcy will stop consideration of pending lawsuits… meaning that it could be years before [Bethany Land Co.] can obtain any resolution to his complaint.”
