New Fourth Edition of William Lippman’s Condominium and Co-op Deskbook Published

William Lippman recently published the Fourth Edition of his transactional guide, Condominium and Co-op Deskbook: A Practical Guide to Commercial and Residential Properties. The treatise, published by Practising Law Institute (PLI), offers attorneys the legal and technical guidance needed to craft equitable deals anywhere in the United States. It examines every stage of a typical transaction for both sides and for both types of properties, from interviewing clients, through contract of sale, to post-closing issues, referring to basic model contracts and procedures used in various states.

The expanded Fourth Edition offers a new chapter on the special legal requirements, tax issues and financing concerns that need to be addressed when sellers are sponsors/developers. In addition, every other chapter has been revised, new forms have been added, existing forms have been updated and a new comprehensive index has been included.
