Bob Riordan Quoted in Wall Street Journal

Bob Riordan was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article discussing how some recently laid-off workers are turning to unpaid internships to “stay busy, gain new skills and expand their networks,” while continuing to search for more permanent employment. Riordan warned that federal wage law generally prohibits businesses from using unpaid interns as substitutes for paid employees.
