Tim Trysla was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article discussing the various current efforts to shape the federal government’s proposed trillion-dollar health care overhaul. He is working tirelessly through the halls of Capitol Hill, making a case on behalf of makers of medical-scanning equipment that perform such life-saving scans as MRIs and mammograms, who are being threatened with potential cuts to Medicare reimbursement rates—piling on top of payment hits that the industry has suffered in the last few years. “If there is going to be a cut, let’s do it incrementally,” Trysla said. “Right now, this is just a cash grab.”
