Dennis Connolly Featured in Law360

Dennis Connolly was featured in a Law360 article discussing a federal appeals court’s ruling to uphold a decision to throw out a case against officers of a bank and bank holding company alleging mismanagement and risky lending practices.  Connolly, who represents one of the officers, said he was pleased with the decision and that the ruling reinforced the fact that the pleading standards laid out in the Supreme Court’s Iqbal and Twombly rulings apply to civil cases across the board.
