Colin Kelly, partner in the firm’s Products Liability Group, was quoted in a lead story on Law360 discussing the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and how the American Tort Reform Association is asking companies to use this act against plaintiffs’ attorneys who bring fraudulent litigation.
