The award recognizes the significant level of activity of Alston & Bird’s International Trade Commission (ITC) practice, which has handled numerous high-stakes Section 337 cases before the commission.
Research firm LegalMetric found that Alston & Bird has been involved in the fourth-most ITC Section 337 investigations among all law firms in the country over the past five years.
